Lounge, Kitchen and Games Room Rules
- The lounge, kitchen, and Games Room are provided for the use of Age Qualified Residents and their authorized guests. Permitted Residents may use these areas; however, they will not be allowed to bring guests.
- All guests must be accompanied by an Age Qualified Resident at all times.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Please dispose of all trash and debris in the proper containers.
- Please treat the clubhouse and the furnishings with care and respect to preserve their appearance and functionality.
- Use care in the operation of all kitchen equipment. All equipment is to be turned off after use.
- Counter surfaces and sinks are to be left clean after use. Do not use abrasives on these surfaces.
- The refrigerator is provided for event food storage and food must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
- All doors are to be closed and locked when leaving the facility.
- Furniture is to remain in the room and location where it has been placed.
- Clubhouse furnishings and equipment are not to leave the clubhouse at any time.
- Report all maintenance or repair needs to the clubhouse office immediately.
- Open flame is prohibited in the clubhouse at all times. Candles must be enclosed in hurricane covers.
- Please treat the facility and the members with respect at all times.
- The protective table covers are to be used before serving food and beverages.
