Lounge, Kitchen and Games Room Rules

  1. The lounge, kitchen, and Games Room are provided for the use of Age Qualified Residents and their authorized guests.  Permitted Residents may use these areas; however, they will not be allowed to bring guests.
  2. All guests must be accompanied by an Age Qualified Resident at all times.
  3. Smoking is prohibited.
  4. Please dispose of all trash and debris in the proper containers.
  5. Please treat the clubhouse and the furnishings with care and respect to preserve their appearance and functionality.
  6. Use care in the operation of all kitchen equipment.  All equipment is to be turned off after use.
  7. Counter surfaces and sinks are to be left clean after use.  Do not use abrasives on these surfaces.
  8. The refrigerator is provided for event food storage and food must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
  9. All doors are to be closed and locked when leaving the facility.
  10. Furniture is to remain in the room and location where it has been placed.
  11. Clubhouse furnishings and equipment are not to leave the clubhouse at any time.
  12. Report all maintenance or repair needs to the clubhouse office immediately.
  13. Open flame is prohibited in the clubhouse at all times.  Candles must be enclosed in hurricane covers.
  14. Please treat the facility and the members with respect at all times.
  15. The protective table covers are to be used before serving food and beverages.
